Hair has been my passion for the past 21 years. Teaching has become a passion of mine for about 15 yrs. I’ve taken all of that learning and have made that the backbone for creating Craft + Theory. Making people feel really great about themselves and giving my staff the tools they need to do the same is why I do what I do. I look forward every day to the amazing opportunities and challenges that this industry brings. My goal from day 1 has always been to push the envelope, standards, and to “Salon Differently”.
